For CMS 56, our patients are failing for logic "Has Total Hip Arthroplasty with 2 or More Lower Body Fractures". I am not sure why they are failing as all the criteria are fulfilled for THA procedure and lower body fracture including event calculations for them. I have attached herewith one test patient's QRDA xml file. Can you please help me to identify the cause of the failure and let us know what is wrong with this. Thank you!
