Using Cypress 6.2.2 installed in our environment and the PY2021 Bundle. After uploading a vendor patient using a QRDA1 file and creating a CVU+ product all dates (even birth date) are being shifted 2 years back. So 1948 becomes 1946 etc. So I used the shift option and that corrected all of the dates to reflect what was imported. However, the patient still is not in the numerator for measure CMS130v9 when there is a record for an Annual Well Visit on 2/22/2021 and a record for a FIT DNA on 3/11/2020 (within the 3 year requirement). The patient is 72 on 1/1/2021.
