I can't find 165 in 2022 performance period ED eCQMs, so this might be mislabeled until I can fix that.

The issue is this.

I am running a CMS 165v10 for the 2022 reporting year and I am failing the QRDA3 portion but passing the QRDA1 portion. This usually means our logic is wrong.

So we have two more patients in the numerator than what cypress expects.

The patient I am diving into is Chad Berry:

If the numerator is this: 

"Patients whose most recent blood pressure is adequately controlled (systolic blood pressure < 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg) during the measurement period"

Then wouldn't this patient be in the numerator? as the most recent Systolic and Diastolic blood pressures are 130 and 60?
