QDM::InterventionPerformed failing for Certification C1 Record Sample for some measures in 6.2.2

In Cypress 6.1.2, 2021 measure versions we tested 5 eCQM’s (124,125,139,154 & 156) all successfully hit QDM::InterventionPerformed. However, in 6.2.2 (and 6.2.1), with the same .xml files, 139,154 & 156 are failing to hit that QDM. 124&125 are hitting as expected in 6.2.2.
