Hello

I am getting an error while validating QRDA I file for CMS122v9 - Diabetes: Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) Poor Control (>9%). 

The file contains 7 patients out of which 4 patients validates successfully and for remaining 3 patients, following error appear:

• Calculated value (0) for DENEX (3FAC8D80-C279-47FC-B001-5E41407757AF) does not match expected value (1)
• Calculated value (1) for NUMER (44E72F3A-B3EC-42E6-85DB-928A9515255C) does not match expected value (0)

3 of these patients are expected to meet DENEX criteria and contain all the required elements in QRDA I file, still it keeps on giving the same error and doesn't validate it. 

As per my understanding, the expected values are Version Specific IDs for DENEX and NUMER whereas I don't see the Version Specific IDs of DENEX or NUM being used in QRDA I sample file or IG. 

I have attached the Error screen shot and the C1 file of one of the patients. Kindly confirm how to address these errors.
