In Cypress v6.2.1, When submitting a QRDA3 through CMSProgramTest: HL7 Cat III Test, is the Version Specific Measure UUID validated in the QRDA3 file against the Measure that the Cypress Product is set up for?
 
I.E. A QRDA3 file for CMS130 using UUID 2c928085-7198-38ee-0171- 9d6e026b066b is submitting to Test: HL7 Cat III Test in a Product that is set up for CMS165.
 
Since there is no CMS165 Measure Specific UUID contained in the QRDA 3 file, Should the QRDA 3 file be expected to fail HL7 Cat III Validation or should the file return an error?
