      As per cypress, the patient Pamela Lawson should qualify for NUMER. But as per ecqi website(https://ecqi.healthit.gov/sites/default/files/ecqm/measures/CMS69v9.html ) and the screenshot given below, this patient should not qualify for NUMER. The encounter is on 10-July-2021 and 12-Sep-2021. Recent high BMI is on 12-Sep-2021. Followup is on 13-OCT-2021. As per the screenshot given below, the followup should be during the encounter or during the previous 12 months of the encounter. But here the followup is after the encounter. Please look into this.
