For CMS 022v10 we have a patient in our test data who had a visit on 6/19/21 and was not insured at that time.  She subsequently got Medicare effective after the visit.  When we try to validate this patient, we are getting an error that she should be listed under Medicare.

Clarification I need is, if the insurance was not active at the date of the qualifying encounter, but the patient added, for example, Medicare insurance coverage at some point during the measurement period after the qualifying encounter, would we report that person as Unknown insurance or Medicare?
