As per cypress, the patient Tiffany Carlson is supposed to not qualify for IPP of CMS90v10.
But as per our application, patient qualifies for IPP. This looks like a valid IPP patient.
Please ignore the impact field. It has content cloned from older ticket. I could not edit it.
I have attached the zip file which contains xml of tiffany carlson. Also i have attached the cypress patient page of tiffany which has no encounters , conditions etc. It does not even have any measure information. But the xml has conditions, encounters and asssessments etc so the patient qualifies for IPP
