I'm seeing a few cases where patients have the wrong relevant timing compared to the measure logic. in the new 2020.0.5 bundle.

CMS 69- patient 1 N performed GP Adult has Intervention, Performed: Recommendation to Increase Physical Activity with a Relevant Date/Time to meet the High BMI and Follow Up Provided. This part of the measure logic requires AboveNormalFollowUp to use the relevantPeriod:
"such that MostRecentBMI.relevantDatetime 12 months or less on or before day of start of AboveNormalFollowUp.relevantPeriod"

CMS 69 - 3 N performed GP Adult has Intervention, Performed: Dietary Recommendations with a Relevant Date/Time to meet the Low BMI and Follow Up Provided which also requires BelowNormalFollowUp to use the relevantPeriod:

"such that MostRecentBMI.relevantDatetime 12 months or less on or before day of start of BelowNormalFollowUp.relevantPeriod"

CMS 155 Numerator 2 - A Dental Peds, B comorbid GP Peds, B competing GP peds, and B GP Peds all have Intervention, Performed Counseling for Nutrition with a Relevant Period start/end time. The numerator logic for Pop 2 looks at the relevantDatetime:

"exists ["Intervention, Performed": "Counseling for Nutrition"] NutritionCounseling
      where NutritionCounseling.relevantDatetime during "Measurement Period""

CMS 155 Numerator 3 - 2 N GP Peds has Intervention, Performed: Counseling for Physical Activity with a Relevant Period start/end time. The numerator logic for Pop 3 looks at the relevantDatetime:

"exists ["Intervention, Performed": "Counseling for Physical Activity"] ActivityCounseling
      where ActivityCounseling.relevantDatetime during "Measurement Period""
