      Receiving 'file failed to import' error for CMS138

      Receiving 'file failed to import' error for CMS138 and unsure how to troubleshoot. We have applied generic fixes for date/time issues that caused this, as well as specific elements and still seeing issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
