CMS 165 potential issue with patient data and Cypress values

      For CMS 165 I have 2 patients qualifying for the Numerator, but Cypress is expecting only 1. I am attaching the two QRDA1 files that are qualifying for the Numerator. It actually looks like they have identical data outside some of the demographic information as well. Are you able to point out why one of these patients should not meet the Numerator, or is there an issue with what cypress is providing and expecting in return?
