Cypress 6.0.1 added the ability to verify ‘Related To’ identifiers when validating files for CMS529v1. When creating a product with "Duplicate Records" selected for CMS529v1, the duplicated patients from master patient "CMS529 4" had the 'Related To' identifiers removed. 

As such, when the files are imported and reexported in testing, we encounter the following errors since it is not present in the test deck. 

"Encounter Reference missing for Core Clinical Data Element entry"

Of interest, other duplicated patient test deck files did retain the 'Related To' identifier, but our hunch is those files are not manipulated in any way since those are name/demographics differences only. I've attached two files from our test deck that did not contain the 'Related To' identifiers.
