Hi,

In Cypress 6.0.0 I could create vendors and download QRDA files for CMS 529 Hybrid measures. On verifying the downloaded files, I realized that the entries for Labortatory Test and Physical Exam Performed are not in sync with the Implementation Guide or Sample File provided by CMS. I also tried uploading the Cypress downloaded files to the Cypress Validator but I did not get any results for the same. I also manually modified the files to get it in sync with the IG but did not get any results either.
