Cypress v6.0.0
Our question is similar to the issue mentioned in CYPRESS-1863. We understand the two ways in which data is duplicated in Cypress
1. Introduce duplicate files with modifications to a patient's name and demographics
2. Introduce duplicate files with modifications to a patient's clinical information
Attaching Cypress Input Files in which there is a change to the patients name annd demographics as well as patient identifier. Our system identifies files with different patient identifiers to be different patients and would never combine them. So as an output, we would have two QRDA I files generated and also our QRDA III counts would be a mismatch (2 instead of 1). Kindly suggest if there is some way to identify that such patients are duplicates and their data needs to be merged.
