is the stratification in QRDA CAT III is mandatory ? if yes then kindly provide the sample of NQF 0024 CAT III QRDA File.

    • This is not a Cypress issue, it is an implementation issue in the reporters system. The solution is for them to review the QRDA Cat III specification and implement stratification reporting as outlined in the specification.

      Could not find entry for measure 8A4D92B2-397A-48D2-0139-7CC6B5B8011E with the following population ids

      there are 5 cases in one Test , in that one case is sucessfully passed.
      in remaining 4 cases i am getting above Error.

      So how to resolve that ?
