CMS2v9 and CMS68v9 File failed import

      I have Cypress version 5.4.1 and I'm trying to test my generated files for CMS2v9 and CMS68v9. Most of them are passing, but I have a few that fail with only the cryptic error of "File failed import". I can't seem to figure out what's causing this issue. Could someone look at the attached file and give me some guidance. I have attached a patient for CMS2v9 and a patient for CMS68v9
