Attached is the QRDA-I file (QRDA_Original.xml) I was trying to validate in the Cypress Validator in Cypress v 5.4.1 which I expect to qualify for the IPOP and DENOM criteria. I was getting "CM Execution: An internal error occurred" Error which meant that the file was not accepted by Cypress.

I modified the file (QRDA_Modified_1.xml) based on comments read in CYPRESS-2014 with respect to the value tag, but that also gave the same error.

On removing the Assessment Performed Entry from the QRDA-I file (QRDA_Modified_2.xml), I could get the expected results.

Kindly clarify on what is the valid format for writing out result with nullFlavor.
