CMS165v8 test is showing incorrect NUMER numbers.

As per the Cypress cms165v8 test,Francis Clarke should appear in NUMER and Francisco Craig should appear in only DENOM.

But as per our system Francisco Craig appears in NUMER too(Please find attachment cms165v8_view_patients.jpg).

As per QRDA cat 1 downloaded from cypress(attached with this ticket), Francisco Craig has following Physical Exam performed, which should qualify it for NUMER. Please let me know if this is a bug with cypress.

2. Systolic blood pressure on Dec 20, 2020 with value 130
