We are using cypress meant for 2020 eCQM specs and have been upgrading it successfully, from version 5.3.0 to 5.4.0 (and also did in past for 2019 versions). We would like to know before excuting update command (for e.g. curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/projectcypress/cypress/master/contrib/upgrade_cypress_50.sh | sudo bash) what one should backup (files, folder, database etc.) and can you please share their respective location and instruction if possible.
