Measure specs for CMS127, mentions authorDatetime for the Immunization Administered criteria as below.

Whenever measure specs mentions "authorDatetime" for the time frame calculations, we only consider data points which has author date time present in the imported file while doing calculations. Is this understanding correct?

I could not find a single patient in Cypress deck which has Immunization Administered with Author attribute. Is it missing in Cypress test deck by mistake?
