I created Cypress patients for CMS147v9. Taking the QRDA files that were created, I imported them into our system and generated the CAT1 files in our system. When I uploaded the files we generated back into Cypress, CMS147 is failing because of an error saying shall contain exactly one negationInd. When I looked at the original files created from Cypress, the patients throwing the error never had a negationInd included. Why is Cypress throwing an error on these patients if they never had a negation to begin with?
