QRDA-I Validation Error

      QRDA-I Validation error occurred.

      "This code SHALL contain at least one [1..*] transalation, which SHOULD be selected from ValueSet Problem Type urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.3221.7.2 2014-09-02 (CONF:1198-32848)" (See the attached image)

      When I tried to find out the implementation guide version : STU5.1 with errata, there was no guide. I found the related specification on the version STU 4.

      I do not know what to do. Should I also include STU 4 even though the current version is STU 5.1 with errata?
