I'm doing some auditing of our analytics platform and in doing some, running some tests with Cypress. I'm currently using Cypress 4.0.4 hosted by my ONC ACB and testing CMS50v7. One of the files that I received from Cypress is 0_Anna_Jordan and within that file is an extension in the <!-Fullfills-> portion of <sdtc:id root="1.3.6.1.4.1.115" extension=""/>.  Prior to doing any aggregation and calculation, this original file from Cypress fails validation at cypressvalidator.healthit.gov.  Cypress-1565/1564 appears to reference a similar issue with the extension in the Fullfills portion, but it wasn't clear if the final resolution was that the original xml was invalid. Can you please provide clarification for me?
