Some generated C1 QRDA's cause Cypress error "C1 Execution: An internal error occurred". All the patients are valid patients that meet other CQM's (that are passing C1).

In this instance, it appears it is account 10011 that is the culprit (usee for my CQM68 testing). When I take that account's file out, the zip file passes; so while 10011 meets the denominator requirements, thus included in CQM69 gather, it appears that Cypress is hanging up on it when read for CQM69
