CMS 108 Laboratory Test - Record sample failed in Cypress 4.0.4. But same criteria and same file accepted in Cypress 4.0.3.

Issue Details: We have used cypress 4.0.3 and completed all the mock test session all criteria for CMS 108 accepted and test passed. Attached File for reference.
But the same file give to ICSA laps seems like they used cypress version 4.0.4 in that criteria specific to Laboratory Test failed. Could you please figure out issue for us. Thank you.
