We have an issue with the color used to identify what Measure Populations the patient would pull to on the Summary tab of the Cypress Validation Utility.
The color is so light, users cannot see it unless they highlight the line.
We used Inspect-Element in the Firefox browser to look at the color. Firefox gives a warning that the color does not meet WCAG standards (given the white background).

I have attached a screenshot of the warning given by Firefox to the Issue.

I do not believe we are the only people that have an issue with this.

Some recommendations for the color I have received would be red or black.

      Path:

Go to the Cypress Validation Utility website at https://cypressvalidator.healthit.gov/

      Select the File to Upload

Select "2018 Bundle for the 2019 Reporting Period"

Select "Hospital Quality Reporting for the Promoting Interoperability Program"

      Select "QRDA Cat I (R5)"

Check the box to acknowledge you have read and understood the warning

      Select "Submit"

****Once the file is processed the Summary Tab will display each measure, and the Circle will appear in any measure population the patient would pull to.
