Cypress 4.0.4 - providing 2017 reporting data for testing. Why?

      We are going for certification next month for 2019 eCQMs measures specification.  Certification authority mention that we will be using Cypress version 4.0.4.

      We notice that QRDA1 files provided by Cypress 4.0.4 (2018 bundle for 2019 reporting period), is for reporting period 2017 and NOT 2019. Because of same we are not able to use CypressValidation Utility that is part of cypress 4.0.4.

       

      We would like to know:

      1. how can we deal with this issue and get QRDA1 for 2019 reporting period.
