When trying to validate CMS129 Cat1 files, we are getting two errors for one patient, unable to calculate DENOM and unable to calculate DENEXCEP. When I manually modify the file that we produce to try to pinpoint the issue, the only thing that gets our file to pass is to use the add the time from the Cypress file to the datetimes in the entry for the encounter with principal diagnosis. In no other section have I seen a time  that isn't zeroes fail to pass validation.
