The numerator for NQF 0088 says

■AND:
■OR: "Occurrence A of Diagnostic Study, Result: Macular Exam (result: 'Macular Edema Findings Absent')"
■OR: "Occurrence A of Diagnostic Study, Result: Macular Exam (result: 'Macular Edema Findings Present')"

Now Eye_Adult B does not have result code for 'result: Level of Severity of Retinopathy Findings' which is required to qualify for the numerator.
Due to the absence of his code the patient does not qualify for this measure(numerator condition is not met)
