We are planning to certify few eCQM measures this year using HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category I (QRDA I), Release 1, STU Release 5, US Realm.

Since the purpose for QRDA1 for us is to exchange measure related data with other vendors to perform required calculations, can we print extra data that are mentioned in the measure specs but doesnt meet the "AND" conditions?

Scenario:

For CMS136, IPP criteria is Age + Encounter + ADHD Medication Dispensed. PatientA is documented with below data:

Age: 7 Years
Enc: Office visit on 1/1/2019
Med Dispensed: ADHD medication one instance on 11/3/2018 and second instance 5/1/2019.

Now as per measure IPP criteria, Age + Enc + 1st instance of Med (documented on 11/3/2018) satisfies the IPP condition. In addition to those, can we also print Medication Dispensed documented on 5/1/2019 which doesn't meet the IPP criteria combining the logic "Age + Enc + Med"?
