CMS165v8 Diagnosis Code I11.0 ValueSetOID

      When reporting on patient Z9 GP Geriatric, Cypress is expecting the patient to calculate into the IPP and DENOM which requires a Diagnosis from valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.104.12.1011. Therefore, make sure to report and calculate using the SNOMEDCT code 59621000 or ICD9 code 401.9. Using ICD10 code I11.0 will drop the patient from the IPP.

      1. 59621000 (SNOMEDCT)
      2. 401.9 (ICD9CM)
      3. I11.0 (ICD10CM)

      From VSAC website (https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/download/ecqm?rel=20190510)
      Of these, 1. and 2. are mapped to ValueSETOID - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.104.12.1011 (Measure 165v8)

      However the 3. is mapped to ValueSETOID - 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.110.12.1082 (Measure 165v8)

      Hence for same Diagnosis Entry Tag, two different ValueSETOID are mapped, which seems to incorrect.

      Can you please guide?
