We are using HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category I (QRDA I), Release 1, STU Release 5, US Realm to update eCQM measures for 2019 measurement period.

We see that, "Dispense" attribute for Medication Active template present for CMS128 and CMS136 in 2018 is removed from Cypress test patients for 2019. Are we not required to print "Dispense" attribute to represent CMD information for medication active template? Please confirm if this is a bug and if a patch will be provided for same?
