This is a known issue for patients with Medication, Administered. This will affect patients with templates:
      Z4 N STROKE
Our calculation engine expects valuesets to be defined in the measure using them, but in this case, the valueset is defined in a CQL library. Cross-library references are currently an issue for proper calculation.
We will be addressing this in a future release.

      Hi Team,

I have the patient input file and output file attached. This patient is qualifying for the Denominator criteria for CMS104v8.

Cypress is expecting this patient to qualify for the Denominator Exception for CMS 104v8 whereas the patient data provided in the Input.xml does not have the required Medication, Administered (Neither Ticagrelor Therapy nor Negation Rationale for the Antithrombotic Therapy) Elements to qualify for the Exception criteria. The patient just had Antithrombotic Therapy Medication, Administered Element.

Kindly let me know if I am missing anything.

      Thanks,
      Auryl
