The issue is related to Entity: Communication Performed(2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.156) of QRDA
want to know difference between codes/QDM category available under Communication Performed Entity.
Discussion is with respect to sample XML tag of Communication performed given by CMS

issue or say concern : their are two tags mentioned inside Communication Performed Entity with Same Rootid as "2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.88"

one is with <entryRelationship typeCode="RSON">
and
other with <entryRelationship typeCode="REFR">

As per qrda specification <entryRelationship typeCode="RSON"> with Rootid as "2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.88" is Associated with Reason Template.
