We are planning to certify on version 2.2 of Cypress in the near term. In order to certify on this release we need to manipulate the test files from Cypress by changing the patient identifier to be unique from the test deck provide as well as edit the gestational age for the NQF 469 measure. We would like confirmation that it is acceptable to edit the test files received from Cypress 2.2 in order to successfully pass the certification analysis of the measures.

Example: Manipulate the structured data portion of the QRDA1 import file provided by version 2.2 of Cypress so it matches the human readable information provided by 2.2 cypress test deck so that our software can import the QRDA to match our interpretation of what is written in the test files.
