Incorrectly validating Cypress 4.0.3 validation utility

*I have deployed the cypress testing tool 4.0.3 in AWS using chef. (https://github.com/projectcypress/cypress-recipe#installation-options)*
then imported 2018 bundle as per the documentation. after creating vendor and products . I have downloaded the QRDA I sample form the Measure Test Information page as .zip format. then extracted the files and uploaded it in the validation utility for validation. but it shows some errors after validation. When I was tried the same step in cypress official site (When the cypress 4.0.3 available ) the validation was completed with no error. is this happened because of any mistakes in in the cypress setup or uploaded bundle ?
