Implementation of 90-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 90-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

Why is Cody Day counted in the DENEXCEP for CMS 138 populations 2 and 3.

He does NOT have a medical reason for not receiving cessation counseling nor cessation pharmacotherapy.

His Limited Life Expectancy 300936002 was entered on 06/18. This was after Cody's qualifying encounters.

His only qualifying encounters were on 01/23 and 06/08 - prior to the condition of Limited Life expectancy.
