The patient is expected to appear in Exception. The measure looks for the negated procedure "DURING" the measurement period and without an End Date for the procedure, the entry does not qualify.

The actual event, "documentation of current medication" is almost an event and should end as quickly as it starts. Hence, a NULL end time does not make sense as well.

This seems to me like a bug in generating patient data (I referred to an earlier version of Cypress and the negated procedure in the Exception patient always has an end time).
