I was trying to upload files for QRDA I on the website 'https://cypressvalidator.healthit.gov/', but it is giving errors. Please find the error details :

1. Medication active - error coming for reason entry relationship, the file is working fine when reason entry relationship is removed. Screenshot of error attached.
2. Multiple entities - Intervention performed/Labtest performed/Device applied - error coming when effective time low is set to nullflavour="UNK" and author date time tag is present. Screenshot attached below.

Please let me know the correct behavior for the above scenarios.
