fulfills entry extension lookup in separate file

      Importing patients for CMS 50 has a fulfill entry where the extension lookup is in a different file.  Is this an expected/supported this scenario and can you provide guidance on where this was documented as a supported scenario?  Our interpreration of fulfils was that the lookup was within the same file.

      Patient in question included in attachment:  Olga Chapman (5 and 6 in archive)
