We are using HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category I (QRDA I), Release 1, STU Release 5, US Realm for 2019 template analysis.

1) All Cypress QRDA1 file contains below templateId root and extension in the "Reporting Parameter Section". We are
not seeing these values mentioned in the HL7 IG at all; please confirm if this is a bug?

2) For the "Patient Data Section", we are seeing below templateId root and extension which is also not part of HL7 IG.
Please confirm if this is a bug?
