QRDA 1 File is not getting Validated

      We are using Cypress Version 3.2.3 for 2016 Bundle for 2017 reporting period

      We are trying to validate QRDA 1 for CMS 169 V5 and facing error.

      I try to find cause and here's what is causing issue.

      • There is CPT 99203 with Primary Diagnosis 78667006
      • According to our system structure, we are also exporting 78667006 as separate Diagnosis entry which is causing issue. If I remove last entry section of 78667006 then it gets validated properly.
