We are using Cypress Demo Server 4.0.2 Test Deck to verify QRDA1 templates ((HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category I (QRDA I), Release 1, STU Release 5, US Realm Volume 2 — Templates and Supporting Material ) for hospital measures.

For CMS104, Reason is printed with Template Root 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.88 in the Cypress test patients but in the IG, RSON attribute is present with 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.19 - Indication V2 for Medication, Not Discharged template. Which template root and extension should we consider for Reason attribute for Medication, Not Discharged template?
