Is the cypress validation utility supposed to be checking for the correct UUID/Populations for clinician QRDA 3 files? We use cypress as part of our file validation and we are getting some files rejected from QPP that do not show any errors when validating in CVU. We found some instances of the UUID not being correct and the wrong measure population being included in the file (e.g. DENEXCEP instead of DENEX) that did not throw any errors in cypress.
