Hi,

We are implementing year 2019 update for eCQM and we came across issue for Patient 'Louise Patton' while implementing changes for measure CMS66v7.
As per test data generated by Cypress, this patient should not be part of Numerator (please refer attached screen shot).
but when we import this test data into our system and generate QRDA III report,
it is getting considered in Numerator because for this patient assessment('VR12 Mental Component T Score','VR12 Physical Component T Score') is
Performed before and after of "Primary TKA Procedure" within proper time frame as mentioned in numerator's criteria of measure CMS66V7.

We are attaching screenshots of Cypress generated data along with zip of test data, please let us know if this is an issue with Cypress or with our understanding.
