We have downloaded the complete patient list for the three measures we are testing against. ALL of the patients have been entered into our EHR. Upon uploading the results of the CQM reports, Cypress is expecting patients who clearly do NOT meet the measure requirements; e.g. CMS32v8 - Median time from ED arrival to ED departure for discharged ED patients. While there ARE 7 patients in the bundle for this measure two of them are admissions and would not be exported as discharges, in FACT, the measure logic clearly list these two patients as exclusions, so they are excluded from the results. In addition a patient from ANOTHER measure bundle DOES have an ED visit and departure - separate from an additional ED visit and subsequent inpatient encounter - that falls within the reporting period yet Cypress identifies this patient as unexpected. Any report for this measure should include ALL patients who meet the criteria during the reporting period, yes?
