When validating 2018 QRDA 1 files for PC-01, PC-05, VTE-1, and VTE-2, the cypress validation utility will count assessment performed results that are not formatted correctly per the HL7 QRDA 1 R1 STU Release 4 implementation guide. It is incorrectly counting results not contained in a result template towards population counts. See attached screenshots for example. Cypress is accepting both formats while CMS/TJC will not calculate the incorrect format.
