While testing CMS50v7 we saw that Cypress is still expecting the now RETIRED Fulfills template : urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20. 24.3.126:2017-08-01.

As per the HL7 CDA R2: QRDA I, Release 1, STU Release 5 and also what has been mentioned in an earlier QDM Jira here : https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/support/browse/QDM-182.

Fulfills can be expressed in QDM 5.3 using "related To" Template with template id:

2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.150

 However in our testing we found that Cypress still expects the retired "Fulfills" template and not the newer "related To" template id. I am attaching the File which failed the Cypress test here.
