Hi, we have an issue with our ATL, ICSA Labs, regarding de-duplication of the Cypress test deck they will be sending us for our certification test day.

Because we are not permitted access to the ICSA Labs Cypress Test Tool account, we are unable to look at the View Patients page for the CQM's we are testing to determine which patient names are the correct names for duplicate files in the expected patient population. In most cases the correct name is obvious (like Jo Rice vs. Jx Rice). However, we have seen cases where the duplicate patient names are like Rick Ford and Ricardo Ford (see 63_Ricardo_Ford.xml and 64_Rick_Ford.xml in the attached zip file, extracted from our PI_TEST8 test deck created on 10/15/2018). We have asked ICSA Labs about this and they have informed us they are not permitted to tell us which patient name is the correct name in the expected patient population. We are wondering, can we choose either name in this situation and still pass validation? If not, Can you please look at the xml files for Rick and Ricardo Ford and tell us if there is some way for us to determine which patient name is the expected name for the patient population? This was obviously not a problem when we ran the above mentioned test deck since we were able to look at the View Patients page to determine which patient name was expected.  Thanks.
